Sr. Producer

We believe in design solutions that set trends, not follow them and we’re looking for talented individuals who value the same.   We are looking for a remote Sr. Producer / Project Manager to join our team to help deliver smart and beautiful works that transform businesses and inspire the world.   The ideal candidate: You are a driven, detail-oriented, proactive and organized senior-level Producer with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You are determined to deliver excellence, passionate about producing high quality works.   Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the key production project contact for the client and the leftchannel creative and management teams.
  • Manages full project lifecycle including project schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables / dates are clearly communicated, understood and met.
  • Consistently manages client expectations with exceptional customer service helping ensure client happiness and trust.
  • Oversees the internal creative team, building trust and rapport. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure work is progressing as planned.
  • Fosters communication and collaboration across the teams including creative leads and management.
  • Produces multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they deliver on-time and on-budget with a high degree of accountability.
  • Comfortably leads routine project calls with clients or creative teams.
  • Creates and submits job bids.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years producing for a motion design studio
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of successfully producing multiple projects at once adeptly controlling budget and schedule with the ability to foresee production issues and solve them.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity of creative production software a plus: Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
  • Authorized to work in the US
